If you are a reader of Nikillas’s blog aka Sally (if not check it out…) , he has posted about me and my leg… and as requested by Ecah, she wanted to know the condition of my leg… so here you go….

This is the 1st stage… this time I was still waking with the “tongkat”

2nd stage without the “tongkat” but.. still in major pain… when walking and moving around

3rd stage… I can walk but and play basketball even though my ankle are still swollen  ( i walk lob sided )

My ankle are not fully recover yet, and the best part everybody that i see ask me to go for this traditional massage ( even that i don’t know…..) sorry guys I don’t want to suffer through out the treatment process. What ever it is… without the traditional massage I’m still healing fast enough image only after a few days I started playing basketball … So what do you think Dr Cryst
